How It Works
Add the city or time zone of every participant (up to six). The first city is the reference: the timeline shows its day hour by hour, and every other row shows the matching local time, date and UTC offset for the same moment.
Set the working hours (09:00–17:00 by default). Each hour is then marked for every participant: inside working hours, outside them but still reasonable (07:00–22:00), or at night. An hour is Good when everyone is working, Acceptable when nobody is asked to join at night, and Poor otherwise. Best Meeting Times lists the three strongest options, preferring hours near the middle of everyone’s day.
The cities, date and working hours are stored in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a plan. Save the cities to My Time Panel to keep their clocks on your dashboard.
Example
Singapore, London and New York on 14 September 2026: there is no hour when all three are at work. The best option is 09:00 in New York, which is 14:00 in London and 21:00 in Singapore — inside the working day in New York and London, and still before 22:00 in Singapore. In January the United States and the United Kingdom are on standard time, so New York falls 13 hours behind Singapore instead of 12 and the planner re-ranks the options for that date automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are the best meeting times chosen?
Each hour is checked against every participant’s local working hours. Hours where everyone is working rank first, then hours where nobody is asked to join at night (22:00–07:00).
Does the planner handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Every hour is calculated with the rules for the chosen date, so offsets are correct even when one city has changed its clocks and another has not.
Can I share a plan?
Yes. The cities, date and working hours are kept in the page address, so copying the link shares the same plan.
